Instructions
Lightly toast the sourdough slices if you prefer a warm, crisp base.
2 slices sourdough bread
Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread and mustard on the other.
2 tablespoons honey or dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
On the mayo side, layer the shredded iceberg lettuce directly on top so it mixes in a bit when the sandwich is cut. Add the sliced tomato on top of the lettuce. On the mustard side, place the sliced turkey and cheddar cheese.
