large slice (90 grams)
sourdough bread
any variety
½
cup (110 grams)
cottage cheese

Toppings of choice
try sliced tomatoes, pickled red onions, honey, berries, everything bagel seasoning, or chili crisp
Instructions
Toast your sourdough bread to your preferred doneness. Let it cool slightly (about 2 minutes) so the cottage cheese doesn’t melt.
1 large slice (90 grams) sourdough bread
Spread the cottage cheese on top, then add your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately!
