This Sourdough Avocado Toast is a healthy option for breakfast or brunch. Made with homemade sourdough bread, creamy avocado, and customized with your favorite toppings.

Instructions
Toast two slices of sourdough bread until golden brown and crisp to your liking.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Mash with a fork and mix in the salt. Add a squeeze of lemon juice or any other seasonings you like (optional).
1 medium ripe avocado, ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the two slices of toasted sourdough.
