Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground sage
  • 2 teaspoons ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • teaspoon ground white pepper
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Combine all the dried herbs and spices in a small glass jar, ensuring it's dry and clean. Seal the jar and shake to blend.
  • Use immediately or label and store in a cool, dry, and dark place for up to six months.

Notes

  • Avoid moisture. Keep the herbs and spices dry by using dry bowls, utensils, and storage containers. Moisture can lead to clumping, mold, and reduced quality.
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark area of your pantry for up to 6 months for the best flavor. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
