Ingredients

  • 10 ounces (2 cups) cherry tomatoes rinsed and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic grated or finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked

Instructions

  • Rinse cherry tomatoes in a colander under cool, running water to remove any dirt and pesticides. Pat the tomatoes dry and cut them in half lengthwise. Then, place them into a large mixing bowl and set them aside.

  • Place the tomatoes in a single layer into the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to the “air roast” setting or set it to 375°F. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the tomatoes are blistering and just beginning to brown.
